Yes, we are ready to help 24/7, 365 days a year.

What areas do you serve?

We are proud to serve Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Keller, Grapevine, Southlake, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Coppell, Argyle + surrounding Dallas Fort Worth communities.

What services do you provide?

We're here to support your loved one in whatever way they need, whether that's help with personal care like bathing and dressing, companionship to brighten their day, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, or transportation to appointments and errands. Every care plan is personalized because no two people are the same.

What's your minimum hours requirement? 

We have a one hour minimum per visit. We're happy to talk through what makes sense for your family's situation and budget during a free consultation.

How quickly can you start care?

We understand that the need for care often comes unexpectedly. In many cases, we can begin services within 24 to 48 hours. If you're in an urgent situation, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.

What happens if my regular caregiver is sick or unavailable?

Life happens, and we never want your loved one left without support. We have a team of trained caregivers who are familiar with our standards and ready to step in when needed, so you always have coverage you can count on.

How do you communicate with families?

We know how important it is to feel connected, especially if you don't live nearby. We provide regular updates and care notes so you always know how your loved one is doing. We're also just a phone call or text away if you ever have questions or concerns.

What if the caregiver isn't the right fit?

Inviting someone into your home is personal, and the relationship matters. If for any reason you feel the match isn't quite right, just let us know. We'll work with you to find a caregiver who's a better fit, no questions asked.

Do you offer free consultations? 

Yes! We offer a free, no obligation consultation where we can learn more about your loved one, answer your questions, and talk through what care might look like. There's no pressure, just a chance to see if we're the right fit for your family.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, which means your loved one is in safe and professional hands. Your peace of mind matters to us.

Do you accept insurance or private pay?

Most of our clients pay privately or use long term care insurance. If you're unsure about your options, we're happy to walk you through it and help you figure out what works best for your family.

How do you select and train your caregivers?

We're selective about who joins our team because we know we're asking you to trust us with someone you love. All of our caregivers are W-2 employees who go through reference checks, background checks, DMV checks, and drug screening. But we don't stop there. We provide ongoing training in areas like dementia care, safety, and communication so our team is always growing and improving.
